I’m Tom Brice, your host. I’m a father of 2 great kids, Martin and Caroline, husband to Sara. We’ve been married for about 6 years and she still can beat me up hills on a mountain bike.

I’m also a programmer here in sunny Minneapolis, MN. I do a little bit of everything for my employer, Schawk. My friend Dan tells me that I should call what I do “professional services”. To that end, I wire up printing workflows using whatever I can get my hands on. Typically Applescript, Ruby (and, yes, Rails too), PHP, and earwax. I really look forward to the monthly Ruby Users of Minnesota meetings… these days it’s the highlight of my (non-existent) social calendar.
